It is typical Spanish tapas what is a small bread with different ingredients. It is similar than sandwiches but bread is different. We use this with non-typical Spanish flavour. For example “Montaito” with duck, anise and cucumber sauce or “montaito” with truffled cheese and Pedro Ximenez wine.
